Christa has more than 15 years of experience providing tax planning, consulting and compliance services to privately held businesses and individuals, with a concentration in serving the manufacturing and distribution industries. She specializes in corporate and flow-through entities and assisting clients with succession planning, including merger, acquisition and transition to management or next generation family members. In addition, Christa has represented clients in front of federal and state taxing authorities in audits and assists with domestic tax planning and compliance for international activities.

Prior to joining Schenck in 2013, Christa spent 14 years at a regional accounting and advisory firm in Milwaukee. She has also served on the Board of Directors for a privately-held manufacturing and distribution company for eight years, where she consulted on a number of business strategies including family succession planning, financial metrics, tax credit opportunities and business operations.
