Karen is a skilled leader and educator who has a passion for coaching executives and emerging leaders in organizations of all sizes. She helps develop and coach individuals and teams to leverage their talents, identify gaps and achieve positive performance as they navigate the various stages of their professional journey.

As development and training manager at Schenck, Karen guides the talent management programs designed to develop and grow the firm’s team members. She and her team work to foster an environment that supports individuals and creates high performing teams. Karen also oversees the creation and delivery of Schenck University’s content to ensure team members reach their desired career goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Karen served as director of small business & entrepreneurship and as a faculty member at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She also has nearly 15 years of experience as president & CEO of the marketing communications firm she founded and grew into a second-stage enterprise.
